First time: Brief cross over to Iguazu Falls (Argentina side), 1USD = 9ARS. Second time: Ushuaia. 1USD = 15 ARS. This time: Trekking in El Chalten and Perito Moreno Glacier in El Calafate. 1USD = 65 ARS. The first time, I flew from Lima to Iguazu by LAN (LAN merged with TAM to form LATAM a few years after). The second time, I took Qatar Airways from Singapore to Doha, then flew to Sao Paolo for a brief layover (passengers remained on plane) before flying to Buenos Aires on the same plane, and took Aerolinas Argentina to Ushuaia the next day.
